The flavor profile is cherries with hints of green apple and other sour flavors. 6.2% ABV North Coast Brewing Company Old Rasputin XII Anniversary Bourbon Barrel Aged Stout Fort Bragg, CA Aged for 9 months in some 12 year-old bourbon barrels. The depth, intensity and complexity of the flavor profile make it a worthy tribute to this fine beer. Nose is a wonderful blend of bourbon, vanilla, oak and smokiness upfront with some chocolate and coffee tones blended in as well. Taste is bourbon forward with vanilla and bitter chocolate.
